About Financial Coordination Office (FCO)

The Financial Coordination Office (FCO), performs the full range of functions and duties associated with all phases of OALM’s budget process (e.g., formulation, justification, presentation, and execution). The FCO also provides advice and guidance to the OALM Director and program managers on the interpretation of budget estimates, the formulation of budget requests and presentations, and the legal and regulatory aspects of acquisitions and use of funds.
