Search for PROJECTOFFICER. Click on the listserv title (PROJECTOFFICER), then click “Subscribe”, Enter your e-mail address, then click “Subscribe (PROJECTOFFICER)” (Getting off the list follows the same process, except that you select “Unsubscribe” at the end.)
